Welcome to my Blog

Welcome to my official blog. If you're looking for something in particular, you might want to type keywords into the search feature on the left-hand side of the page. And I've added a BLOG INDEX on its own page (a bit more complete than the one below) to make it easier. Poking around is also encouraged.

And please do leave comments! Don't be confused by the "author" field in the comment form. When you are writing a message to me and my readers, you are the author. (Nice role reversal, huh?)

Cover Reveal for Where We Belong

Where We Belong is my next forthcoming novel, and it's due out here in the U.S. in July.

I finally have a final cover to show, and here it is.

The cover image was shot specially for this book by my artist friend Leslie Moroney, the same photographer who did the cover for Always Chloe and Other Stories.

I've created a new page for Where We Belong, so you can read more about it.

Meanwhile I wanted you to see the new cover.

Comments welcome, as always!

Looks great! While I had heard of Pay it Forward, I have not read it yet (or seen the movie, which surprises my dad greatly!), I started with Everyday Inspiration and fell in love. Slowly but surely I'm working my way through your books and am looking forward to the new release!

Another great cover! Excellent work, Leslie!
Your covers always seem to tell a story, THE story, in a snippet of visual clues..
Sometimes I wonder if authors know how important cover art is. I have seen some bizarre ones that have little to do with the content therein.
Easy for me to say, eh? I'll go with 'difficulty choosing cover art' as my reason for not attempting to write. ;)
Yeah, that's the ticket!

Thanks, Kate. I've given you an awful lot of catching up to do! And Laura, I honestly think my covers are getting better, because I get to choose my own images and cover design now. Some of the ones publishers stuck me with were very bad (in my opinion). There's often little the author can do. Three cheers for indie publishing!

Thanks so much Laura for the kind words! :-) I feel all authors should have the right to chose the cover. As it was said there are times when the publishing company does not quite get it and misses the mark on cover cause there is no real attachment to story..... I second the cheers for indie publishing!! I cannot wait to read it. :)

I'll make sure you get an early copy, Leslie.

Thank you Catherine. I would really love that!
